Returns and Refunds – DriftPad

At DriftPad, we want your shopping experience to be satisfactory. Therefore, we have established the following returns and refunds policy in accordance with consumer regulations in Spain and the European Union.


1. Return period

You have a legal period of 14 calendar days from delivery to request a refund of your purchase without needing to justify the reason.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be:

  • In the same condition in which it was received.

  • Unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

  • With the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.


2. How to request a refund

To begin the process, contact us at driftpadstore@gmail.com indicating:

  • Order number.

  • Reason for return.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions once your request has been approved. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.


3. Return shipping costs

Unless the reason is our mistake or a defective product, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


4. Defective or incorrect items

If the item has defects, damage, or you receive a product different from the one ordered, you must notify us within the first 48 hours of receiving it so that we can assess the case and offer you a solution.


5. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene or safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products.

  • Personal care, beauty or hygiene items.

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards.

We also do not accept returns of sale items, unless they are defective.


6. Exchanges

If you want an exchange, you must return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


7. Refunds

In accordance with Article 107 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, once the customer has exercised their right of withdrawal and we have received the returned product or reliable proof of its shipment, we will proceed to refund all payments received, including, where applicable, the standard shipping costs of the initial delivery.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise, and without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the notification of withdrawal.

In any case, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the customer provides conclusive proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The refund amount may be reduced proportionally if the product has suffered a decrease in value due to handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly sent products.
